 - WHAT IF MY ITEMS ARE OUT OF STOCK? 
It is possible for your item to run out of stock even after your orders are send in.  If this happens, we will contact you for alternatives or a full refund. Certain items may also be opened for backorders. 

 - HOW LONG DOES A PREORDER/BACKORDER TAKES?
Payment have to be made to NAKEDARMOUR for orders to be taken in. Stocks will take about 8-15 days to arrive. 

 - HOW ARE THE POSTAGE FEES CALCULATED?

 - CAN I RETURN/EXCHANGE AN ITEM? 
There are strictly no exchange or refund unless a wrong or defected item was mailed to you. We check all our items thoroughly before mailing them out so that it will minimise the possibilities of getting a defected item. More information are provided in the Exchange/Refund page.
