EXCHANGE AND REFUND

Our exchange policy lasts up to 14 days (local) and 28 days(international) from date of shipment.
If the duration has expired, we unfortunately can’t offer you the exchange.

All items sold are strictly non refundable. 

 

E X C H A N G E S 

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
  • A defective item will only be exchanged for a replacement piece of the same design, subject to availability.
    Should this be unavailable, the value of the item may be returned to the consumer in terms of store credits or you'll be allowed to exchange for another item. 
    Note that postage charges will not be refunded.

 

R E T U R N I N G   O F   I T E M S  F O R  E X C H A N G E 

  • To be eligible for a return for exchange, your item must be unused/unwashed, tag intact and in the same condition that you received it.
  • To complete your return, please email us at returns@nakedarmour.com with a snapshot of the defected item and your invoice ID 
  • Once your item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. 
    We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange.
  • All postage charges applicable to the exchange will be borne by the buyer. 

  • N A K E D  A R M O U R will not be liable for any exchange parcels lost or damaged during delivery.

 

S I Z I N G   A N D   C O L O U R   A C C U R A C Y

  • N A K E D  A R M O U R aims to provide to most accurate measurements and colours of our products.
  • All measurements are taken when the item is laid flat, the longest measurement will be used. Should you need a more detailed measurement for the item, please do no hesitate to contact us at hello@nakedarmour.com
  • However, there may be a 0.1"-0.8" difference in our given measurements as well as all images are
    post-processed to the best of our ability to reflect the true product attributes therefore please allow for slight colour discrepancies due to differing monitor resolutions.
  • The above discrepancy does not constitute as a valid reason for exchange.
